We are looking for an experienced project management professional to lead the delivery and implementation of a new global finance system across War Child. You will lead this ambitious 12-month project, targeted for completion by March 2020, at which stage all War Child offices will have retired the existing finance system and will be successfully using the new system. You will take a “hands on” approach and have experience of managing large change projects that involve business process, technology, data and business reporting.
You will play a key role in delivering on War Child’s strategy of growth by ensuring our finance procedures and systems are fit for purpose in a fast-growing organisation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to multi-layered and complex reporting requirements faced by War Child. This role will deliver organisational-wide improvement so you will also have excellent change management skills to lead this transformation.
